Dockage Rates

Daily Transient:
  • Price: $2.00/ft.
  • Electric: Additional $5/Per Cord per Day (If Needed)
  • Minimum Charge: $50 (overnight stay) + $5 for Electric (If Needed)
Monthly:
  • A Dock: $12 per ft + $20 Electric Fee per Cord (If Needed).
  • B Dock: $10 per ft. + $20 Electric Fee (If Needed)
  • C Dock: $8 ft. + Electric Fee (If Needed)

Annual and Seasonal Rates

Boats 34' and Over (on "A" and "T" Docks)
  • Annual Rate: $3600 (Includes Basic Electric)
Boats 30' and Under (on "B" Dock)
  • Annual Rate: $1800
Boats under 20' (on "C" Dock)
  • Annual Rate: $1500

Additional Amenities

  • Jet Ski Lifts and Boat Lifts: Availability Upon Request
  • Trailer and Boat Storage: $100 per Month
  • Indoor Golf Cart Storage: $100
